Pylons, an innovative series of aluminium profiles designed to construct totem pylons for indoor and outdoor use.

The Pylon range consists of two different features of profiles: One flat profile and the other decorative cover profiles allowing for a rectangular or elliptical design to be constructed.

The distinctive feature of this intelligent pylon system is the way a totem pylon is constructed.
The cover profiles are mounted to the steel or aluminium tube. By using square tube profiles with different outside dimensions and wall
thicknesses, it is possible to create pylons with a variable depth e.g. 10 to 20 cm and a height of up to 4 m. with the same cover profiles.

Cover profiles in different shapes allow for numerous contemporary designs and panels can be attached without screws or by using hidden
fixings. The user-friendly construction facilitates easy maintenance and graphic updates.

EASE OF CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE – Panels can easily be lifted out frontally to update the panels/graphics and to facilitate
replacement of any damaged electrical components.

DURABLE CONSTRUCTION – In selecting particular tube dimensions and/or wall thicknesses you can create very tall totems up to 4m in the height which can withstand severe weather conditions.
Steel tubes are hot dip galvanized coated.
So, the steel tubes into a corrosion-resistant situation during their working life.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN – Cover profiles in different shapes allow for numerous contemporary designs. Panels can be attached without
screws or by using hidden fixings.

STYLISH DESIGN – With only a cover profile you can construct small elegant totems for indoor use and large outdoor totem pylons. The
extruded aluminium profiles are available in a mill finish for painting to your customer’s desired colour or in a stylish silver anodized aluminium
finish.
